“DreamsSurpassReality ENT/MG”, ”Alex Groove”, “we” and "our" refers to but is not limited to the company run by Alexander Grooff, Alexander Grooff, his employees or temporarily hired photographers, videographers, cameramen, video editors, photo editors, web developers, solicitors, administrations staff, other associates, family members, his publications (Including but not limited to all internet and printed publications), his websites and the websites that he uses for advertising and promotions.

“The client” and “you” refers to the person or persons receiving the services of “DreamsSurpassReality ENT/MG” and where applicable also refers to the associates and solicitors of the person or persons receiving services, as agreed in these terms.

“Shoot” refers to the entire time that “DreamsSurpassReality ENT/MG” is providing services to the client and the service itself.

We are limited in what we can do by the rules of the locations, please ask them about their rules in advance and let us know.

In the event that you cancel before the shoot takes place, any amounts paid will be refunded EXCEPT the 15% deposit and any expenses already spent, for example, travel costs, hotel bookings, etc.

You are welcome to print our images as much as you want and create copies for personal use and/or portfolios.

You are welcome to publicly show any videos we provide you and create copies for personal use and/or portfolios.

We retain the copyright of the images and videos at all times which means you may not sell them as prints or as digital images in any way and you may not present them as your own production, unless otherwise agreed in writing in this document. This copyright is as a result of the "Berne Convention" and under the protection of international laws. Any unauthorized and/or uncredited usage of footage will be acted upon accordingly.

We may display all your photos and videos on our website or other places where we show our work.

We may use any image and likeness of you and any individual and/or entity associated to the photos or videos in any way we see fit.

We will aim to complete your project within the time agreed, however, due to unforeseen events, completion can take longer than estimated.

The photographs and videos that we provide to you will be kept forever on our computers, however, due to unforeseeable events, they may be lost due to conditions outside of our control.

Any video footage that is not needed MAY be deleted. This will not affect your delivered product.

We will produce your images and videos as well as we can and as close as possible to what you require, however, the style of the photographs and video footage taken and the way that they are edited is our creative choice.

If the weather does not permit that we shoot outdoors due to danger to people or equipment then we may need to move the photoshoot indoors if possible.

In the unlikely event of severe medical emergencies or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative photographer and/or videographer. We will make every effort to secure a replacement is able and to provide a similar service as agreed in this contract at the same/similar cost. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, a different shooting date may be arranged, if the later is not possible, all responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the products and services ordered from us, including any deposits.

We take the utmost care with regards to exposure, transportation and processing of photographs and video footage; including using high quality equipment and backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event of the client’s photographs or video footage being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons within or beyond our control, our liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package, excluding expenses. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated herein. The limit of liability for a partial loss of images or video footage shall be a prorated amount of the images or video footage lost based on the percentage of total number of images or percentage of total footage captured.

We cannot be held liable for any problems caused by matters beyond our control such as weather, acts of god, issues with the location itself, interference from others, serious accidents, etc.

You agree that you may not sue us or undertake any legal action against us for any reason, including any action we take or fail to take or any occurrence or accident of any sort that may happen with regards to your shoot and our services. You agree to not make any claim from us in any way, monetary or otherwise.

You agree that the absolute maximum sum of money that you may receive from us for any reason whatsoever is a full refund of all money paid to us by you. Once our services have been provided in part or in full a refund will only be given for a valid reason, as agreed in this document.

Although every possible care will be taken to produce photographs and video footage of all important events and people during the shoot, we cannot place an unconditional guarantee on this.

We will do our best to ensure that all needed photographs and video footage is captured, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, this may not always be possible.

We will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behavior. If the client is unable to control themselves or the conduct of their guests, partners, colleagues, talent or crew, resulting in an unacceptable degree of misconduct, or if it damages or endangers us or our equipment, we may be forced to leave the shoot. In such an event, no refunds will be granted for missed images or video footage.


After acceptance of the quote the client has 14 days, starting from the signed date, to complete any payments to "DreamsSurpassReality ENT/MG". Payment plans are avaliable after contact with "DreamsSurpassReality ENT/MG" and only if agreed upon in the client's quote. "DreamsSurpassReality ENT/MG" will send one reminder exactly one week after the full payment was due, after this week "DreamsSurpassReality ENT/MG" will send out an "overdue-notice" each following week, which will have an added 10% "overdue-fee" over the remaining amount.

This document contains the entire agreement between “DreamsSurpassReality ENT/MG” and the client. If any part of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under the law, the validity of this agreement as a whole shall not be affected, and the other parts of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
